Raised in a “hustle mentality culture” if there was one thing, I knew how to do its work! In my younger years, I dedicated numerous hours to assisting my grandparents with their farming activities and taking care of low-income tasks such as mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, and picking blueberries. We would begin our day promptly at 5 a.m.
Summers weren't exactly relaxing vacations, but more like intense farm training. Despite my initial dread, those experiences instilled valuable work ethics that still guide me today. As soon as I reached the appropriate age of 14, I enthusiastically took on my first job. I started my corporate journey in the role of a Human Resources Assistant, and quickly advanced to oversee the Human Resources department for several businesses worth millions of dollars, and later was promoted as a Vice President, earning a six-figure salary.

When I turned old enough to work; I had my first job at the age of 14 years old. Then I entered corporate getting paid as an HR Executive Assistant and went to managing the HR department for a hundred million-dollar businesses and then VP of HR making 6 figures in income.
We are committed to reconnecting leaders to what matters most through innovative tools, teachings, and a supportive community. Our program evaluates leadership holistically and encourages self-reflection and growth. We believe that by embracing this philosophy, we can positively impact our own lives, as well as our families, communities, and the world.
